By agreeing to our services verbally, by email, text, over the phone, or any other form of communication, you agree to the following terms.

Terms and Conditions

In any pressure washing service, the customers' water will be utilized
Before and After photos will be taken and sent directly to the customer and be used for marketing purposes
Video of the cleaning process will be taken and utilized for marketing
Keep kids and pets away from the work area
Payment will be collected directly upon service completion
Have any furniture in the work area moved prior to arrival
- Real American Outdoor Services will not be responsible for anything damaged if we have to move anything
Real American Outdoor Services is not responsible for any previous damage to the property
Ensure all windows and doors are closed before services begin
Real American Outdoor Services is licensed under an LLC and has General Contractor's insurance
Some stains such as oil, rust, oxidation, and tree sap may not be completely removed under a normal servicing
With some special services, some stains won't be made perfect, but will look much better than what it did
Real American Outdoor Services has the right to cancel and reschedule at any time due to weather and any other unforeseen circumstances with no fees to the customer
